Q. Is a deposit required to book?
A. Yes, a refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of your scheduled booking. If the balance is not paid within 24 hours of the booking date, the card on file will be automatically charged. **You can contact us if you wish to pay with a different card from the one on file.
Q. Is delivery included in the prices?
A. No, delivery is not included in rental prices. Items are customer pick up and drop off.
**Delivery is offered for an additional fee, at the base rate of $50-$75 depending on order size + $1 mile from 76692
Q. How long is my rental for?
A. Rentals are 72 hours. Pick up and drop off time is between 9am-11am. Scheduling an appointment time outside of the 2-hour window is available 24 hours in advance.
Q. Are there any additional fees?
A. Cleaning and/or damage fees may apply if items are returned dirty/damaged/missing. Please return items in the condition they were received. **All items are sanitized before each use.
Q. What if I need to cancel my booking?
A. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to scheduled booking. If an event needs to be rescheduled less than 14 days from booking date, a raincheck credit will be added to your account to use within 1 year of original booking.
